• <br /> F` under the Articles of Incorporation or these by-laws and/or said <br /> contracts dated April 8, 1927, and August 4, 1931, or under any <br /> other contract or subscription to the Association or contract or <br /> water right application with the United States referred to herein, <br /> foreclosing the interest of such delinquent in and to the land, <br /> water rights or appurtenances described in any such contract or <br /> subscription to the Association or contract or water right <br /> application with the United States as aforesaid and against which <br /> there shall be such indebtedness, levy or assessment including <br /> assessments for deficits due to the failure of some stockholders, <br /> water users, land owners, water right applicants or contract <br /> holders to pay when due assessments levied upon their shares of <br /> stock or against their lands. <br /> Section 6. Failure to satisfy judgment. <br /> In any suit so brought to foreclose the land, water rights <br /> and/or appurtenances aforesaid, the Association shall he permitted <br /> as against said property of any delinquent shareholder to obtain <br /> judgment for all sums indebtedness, levies or assessments then due <br /> and in default under said contracts dated April 8, 1927, and August <br /> 4, 1931, or under any other contract between the United States and <br /> the Association or under any subscription for stock to the <br /> Association or under any contract or water right application with <br /> the United States or under any other instrument in writing either <br /> to the Association or the United States, together with all <br /> penalties and interest and a reasonable attorney's fee incurred by <br /> the Association in any such foreclosure suit.
