I have recently spoken with Mr. Serlet <br /> about this matter. The City of Victor is currently in the process of obtaining a loan from the <br /> Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority ("CWRPDA") to build a new <br /> water treatment plan. <br /> The City needs a letter from the CWCB approving the CWRPDA loan.
