1.2 Meet with the District, the Town and CWCB at a half-day Project Initiation <br /> Meeting to review the draft Project Work Plan and proposed mobilization activities; <br /> and, tour Town plant site. Prepare Project Initiation Meeting notes and final Project <br /> Work Plan incorporating review comments and submit twenty(20)paper copies and <br /> one electronic copy to the District for distribution to District staff, the Town and <br /> CWCB. <br /> 1.3 Detailed pilot plant equipment operational requirements will be described in the <br /> equipment vendors Operations and Maintenance manuals. <br /> 2.0 Task 2—Design Pilot Testing and Ancillary Equipment Installation <br /> 2.1 Prepare equipment list and layout drawings; process flow diagrams showing all <br /> tanks, pumps and inline instruments; interconnecting piping schematics; connection <br /> with system control and data acquisition system; and, electrical and instrumentation <br /> wiring diagrams for installation of pilot testing and ancillary equipment for each ZLD <br /> process. Equipment and ancillary components will be installed in trailers or cargo <br /> containers. The District will acquire the use of an existing HRROP semi-trailer and <br /> will provide a temporary trailer for installation of the VSEP equipment. The Town <br /> will make available a suitable power supply sub-feed connection at their Membrane <br /> Water Treatment Plant main distribution panel; the District will provide electrical <br /> cable and local disconnects for each trailer. Ten(10)paper sets of preliminary <br /> construction and equipment installation drawings will be submitted to the District and <br /> the Town for review. <br /> i <br /> 2.2 Identify building permits that may be required for pilot plant installation and work <br /> with the Town to obtain necessary permits <br /> 2.3 Meet with the District and the Town to review preliminary pilot plant construction <br /> and equipment installation drawings and obtain approvals. Incorporate review <br /> comments and submit Ten(10)paper sets and one electronic set of final construction <br /> and equipment installation drawings to the District, the Town and CWCB. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> 3.0 Task 3- Procure and Install Pilot Plant Equipment <br /> 3.1 Prepare and issue equipment rental/supply(including service technician time and <br /> expenses) agreements to vendors for the VSEP pilot equipment, RO spiral wound <br /> membranes, 2 gallon per hour spray dryer, temporary trailer, HRROP pilot plant <br /> equipment and the miscellaneous ancillary components needed for the pilot testing <br /> systems. The Districtwill coordinate delivery of trailers and equipment cargo <br /> containers to the site with the Town and the District.
