Products:
1. The results of the alternative evaluation will be described and displayed in such a manner that the
differences between alternatives will be apparent.
2. The report will include a comparative evaluation which compares each alternative will all of the other
proposed alternatives.
3. The report will include conclusions and recommendations based upon the evaluation and comparison of
alternatives. The report will identify a recommended alternative and will identify the need for any further
investigations.
Task 8-Coordination Meetings
Objective:
Close and continuous coordination with the project sponsors is required to assure that the project goals are being
achieved. Continuous coordination will be accomplished through discussions,monthly meetings and project
documentation.
Methodology.
1. Present monthly progress at the Company's monthly board meetings.
2. Distributing task memorandums to project sponsors.
Products:
1. Ongoing knowledge of the project status,schedule and budget.
