APPENDIX D-a,AMENDMENT NO.Z <br /> LOAN CONTRACT CT2015-o6o(GL5o337) <br /> AMENDMENT TO STOCK ASSIGNMENT(2) <br /> For value received, the Well Augmentation Subdistrict of the Central Colorado <br /> Water Conservancy District hereby sells, assigns and transfers ONE i share of stock in THE <br /> PLATTE VALLEY IRRIGATION COMPANY unto the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, <br /> which stock is standing in the name of the undersigned on the books and records of the <br /> company. The Borrower shall have the transfer of the certificate(s) for the shares, <br /> represented by Certificate No. 12 issued in both the Borrower's and the CWCB's names, <br /> and shall give physical custody of the stock certificate(s) to the CWCB, which shall deposit <br /> the certificate(s) at the State Treasurer's Office for safekeeping. CWCB shall be responsible <br /> for all costs related to replacing any stock certificate lost while in custody of the CWCB or <br /> the State Treasurer's Office.
