The Borrower shall have the transfer of the certificate(s) for the shares, <br /> represented by Certificate No. 07 issued in both the Borrower's and the CWCB's names, <br /> and shall give physical custody of the stock certificate(s) to the CWCB, which shall deposit <br /> the certificate(s) at the State Treasurer's Office for safekeeping. CWCB shall be responsible <br /> for all costs related to replacing any stock certificate lost while in custody of the CWCB or <br /> the State Treasurer's Office.
