This consent is delivered in connection wVit hi suance by the Little Thompson Water <br /> District, acting by and through its Water Activity Enterprise(the "District"), of its Water <br /> Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2011, in the aggregate principal amount of$5,500,000 <br /> ("the Bond"), dated October 19, 2011. <br /> 2. The District has heretofore entered into Loan Contracts C150121 ($3,937,500) and <br /> C150210 ($4,994,955) from the Board, which loans the District has pledged to repay <br /> from net revenues of its water system and which hereinafter are referred to as the"Loan <br /> Contracts." <br /> 3.
