PROPERTY DATA <br /> Site Descriptions <br /> Relinquishment Area #1 a sloping site bounded by a ravine on the north; a <br /> change in elevation rising to Smelter Mountain on the west; Smelter Place Road on <br /> the east; and paved County Road 210 on the south. Relinquishment Area #2 <br /> consists of two leveled areas bounded by a frontage road and Highway 160/550 on <br /> the east, County Road 210 on the south, Smelter Place Road on the west and the <br /> Durango Pumping Plant on the north. It is bisected by a large drainage with a 60 <br /> foot wide drainage easement. <br /> Access is available from County Road 210 which has a signalized <br /> intersection with Highway 160/550 just southeast of Subject and Smelter Place <br /> Road. City of Durango water and sewer lines, with a size of eight inches or <br /> greater, and electricity are available just east of Subject in the highway right-of- <br /> way. The elevations ranged from approximately 6,600 feet on the west to a low of <br /> 6,496 feet in the ravine on the southeast corner. Vegetation appears to be grass <br /> and shrubs consistent with re-vegetation after the remediation project. Two <br /> electric transmission lines are located just north of Relinquishment Area #2 and <br /> three electric transmission lines are situated just west of Relinquishment Area #1. <br /> There is no livestock forage or merchantable timber of economic value. <br /> Also, there are no commercially valuable mineral resources. The properties have <br /> no geologic hazard, and no flood hazard according to FEMA Map No. <br /> 08067C0494F, dated August 19, 2010. The potential hazardous materials of the <br /> 57 <br />
