LOVE APPRAISALS, INC. <br /> 4. The date of value to which the opinions expressed in the report apply are <br /> shown in the letter of transmittal. The appraiser assumes no responsibility <br /> for economic or physical factors occurring at some later date which may <br /> affect the opinions herein stated. <br /> 5. Use of this report by anyone constitutes acceptance of the assumptions and <br /> limiting conditions. <br /> Hypothetical Conditions: a condition, directly related to a specific assignment, <br /> which is contrary to what is known by the appraiser to <br /> exist on the effective date of the assignment results, but <br /> is used for the purpose of analysis. The use might have <br /> affected the assignment results. <br /> 1) That a final agreement that specifically identifies how the areas within <br /> Reclamation's perpetual easement area that are to be relinquished to the <br /> CWCB (i.e., as the two identified areas or as a single combined area) <br /> exists. <br /> 2) That the public parking lot on Relinquishment Area #1 doesn't exist. <br /> Extraordinary Assumption: an assumption, directly related to a specific <br /> assignment, as of the effective date of the <br /> assignment results, which, if found to be false, <br /> could alter the appraiser's opinions or conclusions. <br /> The use might have affected the assignment <br /> results. <br /> 1) That the finalized legal descriptions and corresponding areas (acres) will <br /> be substantially similar to the legal descriptions relied on for the <br /> assignment. <br /> 20 <br />
