private entity or organization have been or can be obtained or renewed for
any use on which the value estimate contained in this report is based.
12. The information contained in this report, gathered from reliable sources, and
opinions furnished by others, is considered to be correct; however, no
responsibility is assumed as to the accuracy thereof.
This appraisal report has been made with the following general limiting conditions:
