• Coordination and oversight of annual whooping crane monitoring data compilation and analysis. • Collaboration with WC Telemetry Project, data use and review protocol issues and discussions requiring significant time commitment. Issues will be brought to GC attention for direction as resolution has not been achieved. • Coordination with RWBJV for data development and analysis of habitat suitability parameters on- going. • Compilation of T&P and Whooping Crane data on-going to achieve uniform data sets, Web database issues causing considerable redo effort.Working with RTI for resolution. • Analysis of T&P breeding pair and Whooping Crane site selection data in intensive phase. Significant staff time being dedicated to this activity. Publication prepared and ready for TAC review. • Oversight of website and database management system development and maintenance activities requiring significant effort as database and fundamental website activities sporadically stop functioning. RTI working to fix issues, but progress slow. • Efforts for moving forward with a Effects Analysis in the context of a Structured Decision Making Process in lieu of Target Flow analysis on-going. Developing a timeline, personnel, and budget framework for the process. • Forage fish analysis and draft article in review and revision process. • Design of wetlands at DeBore Tract nearing completion with development of Plans and Specifications. • Bid package for Liehs Tract palustrine wetland completed and pending FC approval for advertisement. • Oversight of Alda Pit excavation activities underway. • Construction of three check structures on Morse Tract completed. • Preparing bid package for John's Tract control structures. • Selection of USGS as T&P Monitoring Contractor with scope and budget negotiations underway. • Preparations for spring crane migration monitoring initiated, contractor coordination and land owner contacts for decoy placement the focus of efforts. Outreach and Operations • Routine daily operations associated with management and support of EDO staff, acquisition of supplies and equipment, oversight of consultant and contractor contracts and payment, maintenance of property files, coordination of meeting logistics, and general administration of Program. • Compilation and assemblage of 2013-2014 Biennial Report underway. • Attendance and exhibitor at Colorado Water Congress January 28-30 in Denver, CO. • Participation in FC conference call on February 25. . _ r T e3/Id/15" Jerry F.
