b. Nature of and Factors Influencing ORVs <br /> This Plan aims to protect all ORVs while focusing on the primary <br /> streamflow-influenced ORVs identified in subsection (i) below. The Plan's <br /> implementation procedures will provide a feedback loop to periodically <br /> assess and confirm that the management measures under the Plan, in <br /> coordination with BLM's other land management actions, are protective of <br /> all ORVs. <br /> i. The primary "streamflow-influenced ORVs" are: <br /> • Recreational Fishing <br /> • Recreational Boating <br /> ii. Other streamflow-influenced ORVs are: <br /> • Wildlife <br /> • Botanical <br /> • Scenic <br /> iii.
