Energy development; <br /> 2. Range health/upland management; <br /> 3. Water/riparian; <br /> 4. Recreation demand and uses; <br /> 5. Comprehensive travel management and transportation; <br /> 6. Cultural resources (high concentrations of cultural sites); <br /> 7. Maintaining habitat for sage-grouse and sagebrush obligate species; and <br /> 8. Rapidly expanding urban interface areas. <br /> 9. Wildlife; <br /> 10. Vegetation; <br /> 11. Special designations; and <br /> 12. Lands and realty. <br /> ✓ Analysis of the Management Situation completed October 2007, summarized the <br /> existing situation(affected environment) and proposed a range of management <br /> opportunities(preliminary components of alternatives). <br /> ✓ Areas of Critical Environmental Concern Report completed November 2007 <br /> documented the relevance and importance criteria findings. <br /> Page- 5 - of 12 <br />
