We ' ll go ahead and move to the next <br /> 12 slide . So the - - this request , as the Corps of <br /> • 13 Engineers stated, is for use of the City ' s water <br /> 14 upstream of the reservoir outside the District <br /> 15 boundaries and for additional dryup of linked up <br /> 16 acreage that the District currently owns or has <br /> 17 dryup covenants for . <br /> 18 So at the request of the District , as the <br /> 19 proponents , as one of the signatories , they had to <br /> 20 propose that those amendments to the City ( sic) , and <br /> 21 gave them as a signatory to the other signatories . <br /> 22 At the request of the District , we are working <br /> 23 directly with the City and we met with them a couple <br /> 24 weeks ago before our project review meeting and then <br /> 111 25 they in return are responding to some information <br />
