30 <br /> 1 is - - was actually an improvement from last year . <br /> 410 <br /> 2 The Purgatoire District especially has been <br /> 3 suffering from an extended drought , and as the <br /> 4 repayment that they make to on their, on their <br /> 5 contract is tied to their water supply, this has <br /> 6 resulted in a situation where they ' re, they ' re in <br /> 7 full compliance with their contract , but projections <br /> 8 suggested that their contract will not be paid out <br /> 9 over the life of the 70 -year repayment contract . <br /> 10 So therefore , we ' ve brought this up as a <br /> 11 concern and we now consider that issue . The <br /> 12 Purgatoire District has requested that we look at <br /> 13 using our available authority to extend the life of411 <br /> 14 that contract to 75 years , and with that , even if <br /> 15 they did a minimum payments , they have until 2026 <br /> 16 before they have to start making maximum payments . <br /> 17 So that situation, while we ' re concerned, we <br /> 18 have time to act , and so we ' ve been working with the <br /> 19 District on what their options are to , to , to figure <br /> 20 out a way to get the project paid for, so that ' s , <br /> 21 that situation is we feel we ' ve gotten past the , <br /> 22 the , the situation of great crisis and of great <br /> 23 concern, but we ' re working with the District to see <br /> 24 what our options may be . <br /> 25 The District also asked Reclamation what 411 <br />
