6. INSURANCE.
Consultant shall be responsible to pay for all insurance costs for the
personnel furnished by Consultant under this agreement such as medical, life,
workman's compensation, employment, etc.

8. OWNERSHIP OF MATERIAL
All reports, studies, information, data, statistics, forms, designs, plans,
procedures, systems and any other materials or properties produced under this
Agreement shall be the sole and exclusive property of Owner. No such materials or
properties produced in whole or in part under this Agreement shall be subject to
private use, copyright or patent right by Consultant without the express written consent
of Owner. Owner shall have unrestricted authority to publish, disclose, distribute and
otherwise use, copyright or patent in whole or in part any of such reports, studies, data,
statistics, forms or other materials or properties produced under this Agreement. Any
reuse without specific written verification or adaptation by Consultant will be at
Owner's sole risk and without liability to Consultant.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated by Owner upon 7 days written notice
to Consultant, in which event Consultant shall be compensated for work performed to
the date of such termination.
10. NOTICE
Any notice or notices required or permitted to be given pursuant to this
Agreement may be personally served on the other party by the party giving such notice
or may be served by certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, to the
following addresses:
