imap://j ohnww@lamar.colostate.edu:143/fetch%3 EUID%3 E/SPA...
Subject: *****SPAM***** RE: Drainage District Study Bent County
From: "Guy Wagner" <BentAssessor@Bentcounty.net>
Date: Tue, 10 Aug 2004 10:54:14 -0600
To: <John.Wilkins-Wells@ColoState.EDU>
Bent County Assessor
Guy F. Wagner
725 Bent Avenue
Las Animas, CO 81054
(719) 456-2010
August 10, 2004
Dear John,
After reviewing the material that you sent to me, I think the study will
be very beneficial to all the drainage districts. All of the districts
in our county are of an age where improvements and maintenance are
needed.
These studies would be worthwhile for our county. Bringing in a uniform
system would be beneficial for all involved because there would not be a
system for this drainage and then something completely different for
another.
Agriculture producers today are in a precarious situation with the
fluctuating prices and instability of energy, water and weather
conditions. Any assistance that could be provided to improve the
condition of the land would benefit not only the agriculture producer,
but surround communities and the environment.
Any assistance that we can provide, (maps, owner's names, etc. ) please
let us know.
Sincerely,
Guy F. Wagner
Bent County Assessor
1 of 1 3 S 8/12/2004 7:52 AM
