e. Section "IV. Payment Schedule" be amended to read as follows:
"A. $218,500 Paid upon receipt and approval of written requests from the
Contractor for funds to meet immediate cash needs.
B. 11,500 Paid upon substantial completion of the Project,provided the
Contractor has submitted and the Department has accepted
all required quarterly report information and the flood
drainage system maintenance manual as referenced under
section 'I. Scope of Services' above.
$230,000 TOTAL
All requests for payment will be made in accordance with Paragraph 13 of the main
body of the Original Contract."
3. This Contract Amendment shall become effective upon full and proper execution.
4. All provisions of the Original Contract remain in effect except for the specific provisions modified
by this Contract Amendment.
