The Julesburg Irrigation District has not sought other financing for this project. <br /> Collateral <br /> The Julesburg Irrigation District will pledge District revenue generated by assessments and the <br /> project itself as collateral for the loan. <br /> Economic Analysis <br /> The Canal delivers direct flow irrigation water, storage water and augmentation water to <br /> approximately 17,000 acres of land controlled by the Harmony Ditch Company and Julesburg <br /> Irrigation District. <br /> Social and Physical Impacts <br /> The project will have no Social Impacts, since it will provide the same service to the Community <br /> as the existing structure provides. The Physical Impact will be minimal since the Structure will <br /> replace an existing structure, where easements and rights of way already exist. <br /> Conclusions <br /> 1. The Julesburg Irrigation District is an incorporated entity in the State of Colorado with <br /> the ability to enter into a contract with the CWCB for the purpose of obtaining a <br /> Construction Fund loan. <br /> 2. Rights of way easements are adequate for the construction of this project. <br /> 3. The project would provide for the delivery of water supplies to the members of the <br /> Julesburg Irrigation District. <br /> 4. The total estimated cost of the project is $220,000 and will be financed, in part, by in- <br /> house financing and in-kind services. The Julesburg Irrigation District is applying for a <br /> $197,000 Water Project Loan from the CWCB Construction Fund. <br /> 5.
