Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District(Kathleen Curry) <br /> 8. City of Golden, Town of Breckenridge and Eagle River Water and Sanitation Dist. (Michael <br /> Browning) <br /> Hearing Procedure: The Board will not apply the rules of evidence or civil procedure. No <br /> member of the public,parties, or CWCB Staff shall have the right to cross-examine any person <br /> speaking at the hearing. Board members may ask questions of any person appearing before <br /> them. At the end of all public comment,the Board may allow members of the public or parties <br /> to direct questions to the Board,which at the discretion the Board's Chairman may be directed to <br /> Staff or to another party for response. <br /> The Board's Chairman may stop any oral presentation if the person speaking has exceeded the <br /> allotted time, or if the presentation is unduly repetitive, duplicative of other presentations, or <br /> otherwise inappropriate.
