BEFORE THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER <br /> IN THE MATTER OF PROPOSED RULES CONCERNING RECREATIONAL IN- <br /> CHANNEL DIVERSIONS <br /> A prehearing conference for the proposed Rules Concerning Recreational In-Channel <br /> Diversions was held on October 23, 2001 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the State Services Building, <br /> 1525 Sherman Street,Rm 610, Denver, Colorado. An attendance sheet is attached. <br /> The parties discussed the major issues and how to allocate and organize the oral <br /> presentations on those issues among parties to most efficiently use their oral presentation times. <br /> The Hearing Coordinator directed CWCB Staff to prepare and circulate to the parties an <br /> annotated set of the proposed Rules that incorporates all parties' comments as submitted in <br /> writing, together with Staff's responses to those comments and Staff's recommended revisions, if <br /> . any,to the proposed Rules. The Hearing Coordinator further directed Staff and.the parties to <br /> meet on November 7, 2001 in order to discuss the annotated version of the Rules and the Staff`s <br /> recommended revisions. Based upon that meeting, the parties will inform the Hearing <br /> Coordinator of their preferred order of presentation,if any, at the commencement of the <br /> November 8 rulemaking hearing. <br /> Agenda for Rulemaking Hearing: <br /> 10:00 a.m. Rulemaking procedures explained <br /> 10:20 Staff presentation <br /> 11:00 Scheduled oral presentations <br /> 12:00 Lunch <br /> 1:00 Scheduled oral presentations <br /> 3:30 Break <br /> 3:45 General public comment <br /> 4:10 Staff's response to questions arising during oral presentations and public <br /> comment <br /> 4:30 Board deliberation <br /> 5:30 Hearing adjourns <br /> Scheduled Oral Presentations: Those parties in attendance at the prehearing conference or who <br /> requested time for an oral presentation are listed below. Each party will have 10 minutes to <br /> make an oral presentation. As noted above,the parties will notify the Hearing Coordinator of <br /> their preferred order of presentation prior to or on the morning of November 8, 2001. The <br />
