BEFORE THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER <br /> IN THE MATTER OF PROPOSED RULES CONCERNING RECREATIONAL IN- <br /> CHANNEL DIVERSIONS <br /> A prehearing conference for the proposed Rules Concerning Recreational In-Channel <br /> Diversions was held on October 23, 2001 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the State Services Building, <br /> 1525 Sherman Street,Rm 610, Denver, Colorado. An attendance sheet is attached. <br /> The parties discussed the major issues and how to allocate and organize the oral <br /> presentations on those issues among parties to most efficiently use their oral presentation times. <br /> The Hearing Coordinator directed CWCB Staff to prepare and circulate to the parties an <br /> annotated set of the proposed Rules that incorporates all parties' comments as submitted in <br /> writing, together with Staff's responses to those comments and Staff's recommended revisions, if <br /> . any,to the proposed Rules. The Hearing Coordinator further directed Staff and.the parties to <br /> meet on November 7, 2001 in order to discuss the annotated version of the Rules and the Staff`s <br /> recommended revisions.
