Criteria for Success <br /> The two criteria for Workgroup public process success include: <br /> 1. thorough implementation of the public process,and <br /> 2. establishment of consensus regarding future action or a determination that current stream <br /> protections are sufficient. <br /> Achievement of Criteria#1 will demonstrate that a collaborative public process can be implemented that <br /> will allow the full range of opinions and options to be fairly and openly considered before implementing <br /> any stream protections and/or management actions. <br /> Achievement of Criteria#2 will indicate success with regard to the need for enhanced stream protection. <br /> 11. River Protection Workgroup Initial Budget <br /> The Workgroup's initial budget is set forth below. The Workgroup was established using contributions of <br /> time and indirect funding, and has implemented work as allowed by contributions and the following direct <br /> funding already in hand. <br />
