Pete Taylor brings a long-standing research interest in community-based natural resource • <br /> management to this study of water governance on Colorado's Western slope. He has extensive <br /> experience doing applied research with community-based forest management organizations in <br /> Mexico, Guatemala and Bolivia. Over the last year he has been working with the Colorado <br /> Water Institute on USDA-funded research on agricultural water security issues in the Colorado <br /> River basin. <br /> Pete has been talking with Rob Buirgy about the project and Rob has suggested that we bring the <br /> project before the Stakeholder Group.
