Provide enough detail so someone unfamiliar with the project can determine the project's scope <br /> of work. <br /> Proposed Schedule: Identify any critical schedule dates such as seasonal work, scheduled outages, <br /> recreation concerns,compliance reviews, etc. <br /> Condition: Explain in one or two paragraphs why the work is required.
