Poplar <br /> Leadville, CO 80461 <br /> Re: Evans Reservoir Bypass Flume Replacement <br /> Mr. Teter: <br /> I am pleased to inform you that on September 17, 2015, the Colorado Water Conservation Board approved <br /> your loan and grant request for the Evans Reservoir Bypass Flume Replacement as described in the <br /> Application and approved Loan Feasibility Study titled "Feasibility Study - Evans Reservoir Bypass Flume <br /> Replacement","dated August 2015. The Board approved a loan not to exceed $181,800 ($180,000 for <br /> project costs and $1,800 for the 1% Loan Service Fee). The loan terms shall be 1.95% per annum for 10 <br /> years. The Board also approved a WSRA grant for up to $300,000 for eligible Project costs. <br /> After the Board approves a loan/grant there are a few steps that remain in the loan process including: <br /> Contracting: An executed loan and grant contract must be in place before work can begin on eligible <br /> project expenses. Peg Mason will contact you to initiate the contracting process; however, Peg can be <br /> reached at (303) 866-3441 x3227. <br /> Design/Construction: You must adhere to the CWCB Design and Construction Administration Procedures <br /> including an invitation to the Prebid, Preconstruction and Bid Opening meetings. Derek Johnson, P.E., will <br /> be the Project Manager and will work with you on the disbursements of your loan funds.
