Stock Assignment <br /> For value received, Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District, acting by and <br /> through its Water Activity Enterprise, a Colorado Title 37 Water Conservancy District <br /> hereby sells, assigns and transfers 126.6 shares of stock of Henry Reservoir Company <br /> unto the Colorado Water Conservation Board, which stock is standing in the name of the <br /> undersigned on the books and records of the company represented by Certificate <br /> Number(s) , and do hereby irrevocably constitute and appoint <br /> their attorney as attorney-in-fact to transfer the said stock on the books of the <br /> company with full power of substitution in the premises.
