Stock Assignment <br /> For value received, Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District, acting by and <br /> through its Water Activity Enterprise, a Colorado Title 37 Water Conservancy District <br /> hereby sells, assigns and transfers 282 shares of stock of Lake Meredith Reservoir <br /> Company unto the Colorado Water Conservation Board, which stock is standing in the <br /> name of the undersigned on the books and records of the company represented by <br /> Certificate Number(s) , and do hereby irrevocably constitute <br /> and appoint their attorney as attorney-in-fact to transfer the said stock on the books of <br /> the company with full power of substitution in the premises.
