i <br />■ ■6CEIV <br />CENTRAL <br />Nebraska Public Power �)� ? ? �(1!? <br />and Irrigation District <br />J <br />July 29, 2008 <br />To: Reservoir Coordination Committee (RCC) Representatives (see Distribution below) <br />Subject: RCC Representatives and Alternates for the Upcoming 2009 Water Year <br />Per section 2.1.2.1(1) Communications Regarding the RCC (page 10) of The Central Nebraska Public <br />Power and Irrigation District's ( "Central ") 5 -14 -99 Administrative Plan for Managing Water <br />Commitments ( "Plan"), Central has the following communication responsibility (summarized): On or <br />about August 1 of each year, Central will send to the current Reservoir Coordination Committee <br />( "RCC ") Representative of the six other entities identified in Plan section 2.1.2 (page 9) a letter <br />requesting the designation of an individual to serve as their organization's RCC Representative or <br />confirmation that the prior year's name and contact information are unchanged. The letter will also <br />identify Central's RCC Representative for the following water year. The designated Representative may <br />send an Alternate to any meeting without prior notice. Central will substitute another individual for a <br />previously designated RCC Representative at any time if requested to do so in writing by the <br />organization represented. <br />Cory .Steinke will continue to be Central's RCC Representative. Mark Peyton will remain as Central's <br />Alternate RCC Representative. <br />The names and contact information for all of the current RCC Representatives and Alternates are listed <br />on the attached RESERVOIR COORDINATION COMMITTEE ( "List ") (Updated: 7/29/2008). Please <br />review the List and determine if there will be a change of your RCC Representative or Alternate (if any) <br />for the upcoming 2009 water year (October 2008 through September 2009). Also check all of the <br />contact information for your organization. Please notify me of any changes to the List via e -mail <br />(rwisner @cnppid.com) or a letter. <br />I will assume that all of the information for your organization is correct unless I have been informed <br />otherwise by August 29, 2008. <br />Thanks! <br />Richard D.
