The Department has indicated an initial estimate of up to approximately $40 million <br />is required to fully implement programs related to this bill. How effective is partial <br />implementation, given limited funding, especially if additional future funding is <br />unavailable? <br />2. It is anticipated that as additional species are*listed, or considered for listing, costs <br />will continue to increase. What fund sources will be available to support these <br />additional costs? What would be the impact if no funds are available? <br />
