C. examine the fill and release rates and quantities to determine if
the spreadsheet analysis fairly depicts results that might be
expected.
d. undertake an analysis that would demonstrate results to be
expected from a 4000 AF reservoir size versus a 7,500 AF
reservoir size.
e. evaluate the effects of reregulation of flows under the Tamarack
Plan and the potential operation of Ovid Reservoir on
,_—p augmentation obligations of well owners.
Existing well pumping data, an analysis of estimated depletions, associated data and `
methods will be provided and will be relied upon in reviewing the DWR spreadsheet
evaluation. The purpose of this scope of work is to review the methodology and
assumptions used in the DWR analysis.
5. If required, provide revised analysis in spreadsheet form that displays
the results of this work.
Well depletion data will be supplied by GASP and the DWR for this purpose
and is not expected to be generated as a part of this process. Flows produced
by the Tamarack Plan that will be available to meet the flow related goals of
the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program and water available from
reregulation of flows under the Tamarack Plan and the reservoir for use by
GASP and others for augmentation purposes should be quantified.
