The Consultant must keep this in mind when investigating
various projects.
Scope of Work
The Consultant will develop a matrix of water projects that have
potential to contribute to the Tamarack Plan goals. This matrix will
identify each project, its potential water contribution to the Plan, the
cost of the project, the location of the project, the time needed to build
the project, the type of project, the operating criteria associated with
the project and comments regarding the extent of problems that would
be encountered in building the project.
The Consultant is expected to work with the Colorado Water
Conservation Board and the South Platte Lower River group in
identifying and analyzing the various potential water projects.
