state owned lands as well as private lands. In certain instances with <br />landowners, it may be possible to also address augmentation needs of that <br />landowner. The Consultant must keep this in mind when investigating <br />various projects. <br />Scope of Work <br />The Consultant will develop a matrix of water projects that have <br />potential to contribute to the Tamarack Plan goals. This matrix will <br />identify each project, its potential water contribution to the Plan, the <br />cost of the project, the location of the project, the time needed to build <br />the project, the type of project, the operating criteria associated with <br />the project and comments regarding the extent of problems that would <br />be encountered in building the project. <br />The Consultant is expected to work with the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board and the South Platte Lower River group in <br />identifying and analyzing the various potential water projects. To the <br />extent possible the Consultant will utilize available data in their work. <br />H. Upon completion of the matrix identified in I above, the Consultant <br />will hold two workshops with the State and others to identify the <br />Tamarack Plan project components that will meet the goals of the <br />Plan. <br />
