September 2013, and the efforts required to reconstruct the Tamarack and Heyborne
recharge projects. Because most of the structures for these projects are located so close
to the river, they cannot be insured for losses associated with flooding. SPWRAP agreed
to fund the necessary repair costs in the event of flood damage.
5. NCWCD Backhoe: SPWRAP acted as an intermediary to facilitate the transfer of title to
CPW of a backhoe owned by NCWCD but located at Tamarack and used by CPW staff
in connection with Tamarack facilities.
