All terms defined herein <br /> shall be considered binding and shall govern over all contract documents issued to Moltz <br /> Constructors. <br /> List of Assumptions within Costs and Approach <br /> - Satellite communications for phone and internet was removed ($25,200) <br /> o If communications cannot be established using Exceed internet and cell <br /> phone boosters then the deducted amount would be needed to comply with <br /> the Contract Documents. <br /> - Dewatering was removed ($25,000) <br /> o The cost for dewatering was removed for the first seasons work as the stilling <br /> basin is planned to be constructed in the second season after the reservoir is <br /> drained.
