Repairs to the Waneka Reservoir
In an attempt to resolve the issue of repayment from the
Waneka company, the staff met with representatives of the company
on August 17, 1984. Background correspondence on this issue is
attached. I recommend that the Board go into executive session
to discuss this matter with the Attorney General.
