Town of Starkville <br /> Payment was due on June 1, 1984. The check was received on <br /> September 5, 1984. <br /> b. Sedgwick-Sand Draws <br /> The staff has explored the matter further as directed and <br /> reports as follows: <br /> 1. The entity does not have to make payments to the state <br /> for the second contract (Phase II of the project) until <br /> the entire .project is completed, but it does have to <br /> make payments for the first contract (Phase I) of <br /> $1, 206.48 per year. <br /> 2. The first payment under the first contract was due on <br /> July 1, 1983, and was paid in May, 1984. <br /> 3. The second payment was due on July 1 , 1984. A check has <br /> been delivered to Herb Vandemoer. <br /> c . Town of Larkspur <br /> The Town of Larkspur has sent the attached letter requesting <br /> a one-year deferral of payment due to the extra money they have <br /> to spend to correct the problem created by the landslide on the <br /> site. The staff recommends that the Board agree to the deferral, <br /> provided the town agrees to include in their last payment <br /> accumulated interest for the money deferred (the existing <br /> contract to be amended accordingly) . <br /> 206 <br /> al/13 <br />
