Population objectives <br /> 4. Management strategies <br /> 5. Management costs <br /> 6. Plan implementation schedule <br /> In order to expedite the process I want draft management plans avail- <br /> able by April 19, 1985, so that time will be available to consider allo- <br /> cating funds for the next fiscal year. The draft plans are not intended to <br /> be final recovery documents but must contain adequate data in each segment <br /> so as to enable productive management decisions. I believe each region has <br /> such data available and it is now a matter of compiling it. Based on fund- <br /> ing availability a tentative date for completion of final recovery plans is <br /> July 8, 1985. <br /> Separate plans will be presented for review to Mr. Raley at a joint <br /> meeting which will be scheduled after April 19, 1985. In addition to the <br /> joint management plan review, the Division will also review the designation <br /> process (Administrative E-1) with the designated liaison person. This re- <br /> view will necessarily be coordinated with the current committee. <br /> 411 <br />
