BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br /> directed to send certified copies of this resolution to the <br /> Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs of the U.S. House of <br /> Representatives, the Secretary of the Interior, the Assistant <br /> Secretary of the Interior for Water and Science, the Colorado <br /> congressional delegation, the representatives of the governors of <br /> the other Colorado River Basin states, the Upper Colorado River <br /> Commission, and such other parties as he deems appropriate. <br /> C E R T I F I C A T E <br /> I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br /> resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br /> Denver, Colorado, on the 3rd day of May, 1985, at which a quorum <br /> was present. <br /> J.
