THOMSON: I just like to join on the two things, that further on the matter <br /> 3 of the rafting program, as you mentioned, as you know, it started out as a cooperative program <br /> 4 between the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, our District, and the Bureau for the <br /> 5 rafting industry, and we were sued by Trout Unlimited. That was two years ago, and then last <br /> 6 year, we worked it out on a cooperative program with Trout Unlimited's acknowledgement and <br /> 7 now they're observing this winter activity, and I feel very good about the meetings I have had <br /> 8 with Trout Unlimited officials. So, to follow Chuck's question about the Bureau, naturally our <br /> 9 District is going to doing everything we possibly can to assure that the Pueblo office does remain <br /> 10 in existence and we think we have an awfully strong case primarily in discussions I've had with <br /> 11 the new commissioner that he wants the activities to be at the local level or the area offices and <br /> 11112 we are going to emphasize that as a part of the Fry-Ark project but cooperating and coordinating <br /> 13 with the Big Thompson Project. <br /> 14 CHAIRMAN COOLEY: If it ain't broke, don't fix it sort of a thing. JESSE: No. The regional office, our regional, the Great Plains Region has <br /> 20 always been in Billings, Montana. The Denver office was the next layer up, and in the regional <br /> 21 office in Billings, Montana, our project offices and some of the project offices have only one <br /> 22 particular facility, one particular project, and they are being rejiggered around now to make them <br /> .23 into what we call area offices but our particular area office, that's in Loveland, has always had <br /> 24 two projects under it and has always been since it was created back in 1982.
