ARCA Annual Meeting 30 December 14, 1993 1 since we didn't run much water, there was, the amount of additional evaporation, was we thought p � g 2 insignificant, but it can be and if it is,why they do replace it to the project so there is no injury to 3 either other water rights or to the project itself. 4 CHAIRMAN COOLEY: Does anyone else care to join in the fun? (pauses) 5 Missed a wonderful opportunity. 6 MR. LILE: Mr. Chairman, I would like to ask Mr. Jesse with the reorganization 7 of the Bureau of Reclamation, will there be impacts on your office; how does this seem to be 8 working out? 9 MR. JESSE: If I knew that of course...(laughter) We have scheduled another 10 meeting in Loveland which is where our project office is, which will become what they call an 11 `area office.' Our particular project has been an area all along. It may impact some of the other 012 projects in Wyoming or in some of the other western states. I don't look for any impact, 13 significant impact, from becoming an area office because we have been one all along. 14 We don't know yet exactly what the nature of the reorganization is going to be. 15 There is going to be another meeting next week in Loveland and we may get some more 16 information. Steplunan is coming down out of Billings and he is going to tell us a little more 17 about it. The consensus that I can seem to get from the people that I have talked to is that it 18 probably will not significantly impact the Fry-Ark. There may be some impacts in other 19 projects, the CBT (Colorado Big Thompson) or some other project in say Wyoming or Montana, 20 or maybe even in Kansas, some consolidation of some of the offices but as far as the Fry-Ark 21 goes we are not looking for any significant impact. 22 CHAIRMAN COOLEY: Bob, if anything wicked should happen, make sure you 1123 put us all on your resume. 24 MR.
