3 Is there a nomination for Operations Secretary of the Compact Administration?
4 MR. ROGERS: I would nominate Steve Witte.
5 CHAIRMAN COOLEY: Are there any other nominations for Operations
6 Secretary of the Compact Administration? (pauses)
7 Is there a motion that all nominations cease and the four persons nominated be
8 elected to their respective positions?
9 MR. HAYZLETT: So move.

17 Now comes the embarrassing part of this for me every year. The committee chairs switch, and I
18 have a lot of difficulty on the committees.
