Would you take that one on, then, sir, as <br /> 6 a motion, to approve the report and make some comment on the quality and completeness of it. <br /> 7 MR. FOX: Okay, Legal &Administrative Committee Report, I am Lola Fox, <br /> 18 ARCA member from Kansas, and last evening I, as chairman, called the Engineering (sic) <br /> 19 Committee of the Arkansas Kansas River Compact Administration to order, at the conclusion of <br /> 20 the Operations Committee meeting. Can everyone hear all right? Chuck Lile, the other member <br /> 21 of the committee was present. Chuck Lile moved and the committee passed a motion <br /> 22 recommending that Don Higbee be made Recording Secretary at the annual salary of$2,000 per <br /> 023 year. The Committee recommended that his compensation become effective on the day he took <br /> 24 over as Acting Recording Secretary and that all those who temporarily filled in as Acting <br />
