16 Section 2. Project authorizations. Pursuant to section
1737-60-122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, there is
18hereby authorized to be constructed from such funds as may
19become available to the Colorado water conservation board
20construction fund, in the priority listed as nearly as
21practicable and with the sums of money listed, plus or minus
22such amounts, if any, as may be justified by reason of
23ordinary fluctuations in construction costs as indicated by
• 24engineering cost indices applicable to the types of
25construction involved herein, the following water conservation
26projects:
