Phase I - (18 months) The purpose of this phase is to test <br /> the concept of using high mountain aquifers as a water supply. <br /> Phase I activities will conclude with an interim report on the <br /> preliminary findings. <br /> Phase II - (24 months) This phase will expand the study <br /> efforts to 10-12 or more sites. Phase II will conclude with a <br /> special report and National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA) <br /> document. <br /> Mr. Johnston moved, seconded by Mr. Jackson, that the Board <br /> go on record as supporting the study with the understanding that <br /> no state funds are available for cost-sharing. Motion adopted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Mr. McDonald advised the Board members that future meetings <br /> are scheduled as follows: <br /> May 1984 (Denver) Tentatively scheduled earlier for a two- <br /> day meeting on May 3 and 4.
