Post 1989 general marketing criteria for Colorado River <br /> Storage Project power. <br /> 9. Final actions by the 1984 General Assembly on <br /> legislation applicable to the Board. <br /> 10. Board staff participation and assistance furnished to <br /> Uncompahgre River water users in repairing flood <br /> damage. As an outgrowth of this activity, staff members <br /> will participate in a seminar sponsored by the U.S. <br /> Corps of Engineers in Montrose on July 19, 1984. <br /> 11 . Mr. David Walker reported on the status of the <br /> • activities under way on the South Platte River <br /> Channelization Project. <br /> 12. Mr. Lang briefed the Board on the nature of the 1984 <br /> floods in Colorado, the extent of damage resulting from <br /> these floods in various areas of the state, and the <br /> staff' s participation in flood prevention activities . <br /> Agenda Item 6 - Attorney General ' s Report <br /> In the absence of Attorney General Duane Woodard, Bill <br /> Paddock reported on the following items: <br /> 1) Taxpayer for Animas-La Plata Referendum versus Animas-La <br /> Plata Water Conservancy District . <br /> 2) Closed Basin Landowners versus Rio Grande Water <br /> Conservation District. <br /> 3) Colorado Versus New Mexico (Vermijo Case) . <br /> 4) Arkansas River Compact issues . <br /> 5) Special Meeting, Rio Grande Compact Commission . <br /> • <br /> -3- <br />
