The application for this water right was <br /> filed with the court. As a result of resume publication, state- <br /> ments of opposition were filed by the Upper Arkansas Water <br /> Conservancy District and the DeWeese-Dye Ditch and Reservoir <br /> Company. <br /> Meetings have been held with these parties to discuss their <br /> objections, which centered around the issue of water avail- <br /> ability. As a result of these meetings a re-evaluation of the <br /> availability of water was made.
