Ditch & Reservoir Company, was used for the irrigation of <br /> approximately 50 acres of sugar beets, 50 acres of corn, 50 acres of <br /> alfalfa and hay, and 50 acres of irrigated wheat and barley. <br /> Parcel 2. 75 shares of the capital stock of The Leyner Cottonwood <br /> Consolidated Ditch Co. were historically used to irrigate 230 acres in <br /> the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 14, <br /> and the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4, and the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section <br /> 15, and the N 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section <br /> 22, Township 1 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Boulder County, <br /> Colorado. This water, along with water associated with an additional <br /> 240 shares of stock in the Leyner Cottonwood Consolidated Ditch Co. , <br /> as well as 50 acre foot units of the Northern Colorado Water <br /> Conservancy District, 0.25 share of the common capital stock of The <br /> Consolidated Lower Boulder Ditch and Reservoir Company, and water from <br /> the Bixler Seepage Ditch, was used to irrigate approximately 55 acres <br /> each of alfalfa and hay, sugar beets, and corn, and 65 acres of <br /> irrigated wheat and barley. <br /> e. The Applicant and Objectors have stipulated that 60% of the <br /> water associated with Applicant's Leyner Cottonwood Consolidated Ditch <br /> Co. 's. ditch stock has historically been consumed and therefore lost <br /> to the stream system under historic diversion practices.
