<br /> Confirming our settlement, enclosed is the stipulated Findings and
<br /> Decree. Please sign these in counterparts and return them to me on or before
<br /> May 1st, 1983. Also confirming our conversation, the Pre-trial Conference has
<br /> been reset for May 12th, 1983, at 4:00 p.m. . Trial cannot yet be set for
<br /> September because of Term Day.
<br /> I realize that none of us has had his exact language used or can claim
<br /> pride of authorship, but I believe that we all have been practical in resolving
<br /> this matter in an equitable fashion.
