This amends the <br /> Feasibility Cost Share Contract Agreement and increases the State's share by the amount of <br /> $200,000. This letter is also to request funds in the amount of$200,000 for the non-Federal <br /> share of the Chatfield Reallocation Feasibility Study to continue for Fiscal Year 2007. This <br /> request is made in accordance with the Feasibility Cost Share Contract Agreement. <br /> The method of payment is described in Article III of the Agreement. We request the <br /> adequate amount be provided, as expeditiously as possible,to mainta in q uate fundin g levels <br /> for the ongoing study. The payment should be in the form of a bank draft, payable to the "U.S. <br /> Army Corps of Engineers,Omaha District", with a note on the check, "deposit to Chatfield, <br /> Cherry Creek and Bear Creek Feasibility Study".
