CHAIRMAN KRAMER: For the purpose of the record, that
revision is accepted and the revised wording of the last two
lines of Article II will be as follows:
4( 3) the experience derived under various interim execu-
tive agreements between the two states apportioning the water
released from the John Martin Reservoir as operated by the Corps
of Engineers".
For the record, the colon in the first line of Article II
will be deleted and the article will be written as one con-
tinuous sentence.
Turning now to Article III, on page 3, there is no comment
from any source, to my knowledge, as to Article III-A, the
