We <br /> then ran until October 26, I believe, when Kansas out off m <br /> finally. MEND HALL: On the 13th day of October, Kr. Leavitt, <br /> in behalf of Kansas, called for reduction in the Stateline <br /> flow from 460 to 400 feet. The next day the amity was out <br /> 25 foot. On the 16th, 13r. Leavitt called for reduction in <br /> the .St&teline flow to 250 feet. On the 16th Lamar was out 26 <br /> feet. On the 17th there was a further out by all of the <br /> Colorado ditches of 50 feet. There was delay in effecting <br /> these reductions, which meant a waste of water. <br /> CHAIRMAN KRAMER: Where did that delay occur/ <br /> AR. MI NDEb1Bdht.t We do not know.
